Five ideas to unlock more revenue from the families already installing PlayKids.
Millions of dollars in subscription revenue pass through Flow Builder every month.
Nearly 500 apps actively build their paywalls and onboarding in it — plenty of them past $100K MRR.
Adapty powers subscriptions for 30,000+ apps, so we see what moves conversion and revenue across the market, not just inside one app. We pointed that at PlayKids. We installed it on Android, looked at the first screen, read your Google Play and App Store listings, and looked for gaps between what you already have and what you show people.
Today a new install opens on one screen, the paywall, and nothing comes before it. What follows is five ideas, not fifteen. Each one is a hypothesis you can A/B test, and each is built into a clickable prototype so you can see it rather than imagine it. The prototype uses your design, not ours.
Every screen in the prototype uses what you already ship: your family photo, your wordmark, your blue headlines, your purple plan cards and check circle, your green Best Value badge and your big green button. What changes is what comes before the paywall, plus a few things you already own but do not show. This is not a design pitch.
We are working from the outside, so we cannot see your experiment history. If you have already run one of these, tell us and we will go deeper on the rest rather than repeat it.
Each one links straight to the screen in the prototype.
Together, these five change the funnel at three points: what a parent sees before the price, what the paywall says to them, and what happens when they say no.
