Millions of dollars in subscription revenue pass through Flow Builder every month.

Nearly 500 apps actively build their paywalls and onboarding in it — plenty of them past $100K MRR.

What this is

We opened Babbel the way a new learner does, then rebuilt the parts we think are leaving money on the table.

Adapty powers subscriptions for 30,000+ apps, so we get to see what actually moves conversion and ARPU across the market rather than inside one app. We pointed that at Babbel: installed it, went through all 27 screens to the price, read your App Store listing, and looked for gaps between what you already have and what you currently show people.

What follows is five ideas — not fifteen. Each one is a hypothesis you can A/B test, and each one is built into a clickable prototype so you can see it rather than imagine it. The prototype uses your design, not ours, and keeps every one of your screens.

We did not redesign your app

Every screen in the prototype is yours — the blush background, the serif headlines, the square-check rows, the black rank badges, your orange Next button and plan cards. All of them are still there. Only the order changed, plus one screen that reads back answers you already collect.

You may have tested some of this

We are working from the outside, so we cannot see your experiment history. If one of these is something you have already run, tell us — we will go deeper on the rest rather than repeat it.

The five ideas

Ranked by what we would test first.

Each one links straight to the screen in the prototype.

Potential outcome

Run together, these five change the last stretch before the price, what the paywall says to each learner, and what happens when someone says no.

Impact ranges are Adapty's expected effect from teardowns and A/B tests across subscription apps — not measured lift for Babbel. Every price, rating, claim and feature line here and in the prototype comes from Babbel's own App Store listing and in-app screens.
