Hey Air Apps team, here are four ideas for the Translate Now paywall, each backed by data from 78,000+ paywalls.
Millions of dollars in subscription revenue pass through Flow Builder every month.
Nearly 500 apps actively build their paywalls and onboarding in it — plenty of them past $100K MRR.
Adapty powers subscriptions for 30,000+ apps, and every year we publish what their paywalls do in State of Paywalls. We installed Translate Now, met the paywall on first launch, tapped through it and past it, read your App Store listing, and compared what we saw with the report.
What follows is four ideas, each one an A/B test you could run, each built into a clickable prototype. Benchmarks are for all categories in the US: the report has no Reference category, and the US is Translate Now's biggest App Store market.
Everything in the prototype is yours: the black screen, the AIR APPS wordmark, your emoji list, your blue button, and the Air Apps Plans card from your Settings. We added two rows you already own and moved what happens after “Not now”.
We are working from the outside, so we cannot see your experiment history. If one of these is something you have already run, tell us and we will go deeper on the rest rather than repeat it.

Top paywalls = 100 top iOS paywalls reviewed in State of Paywalls 2026. These describe common practice, not what converts. Rows marked “Adapty data” come from the report's platform data instead.
Offer changes come first: in the report, trial and plan tests win more often than visual ones. Each idea links straight to its screen in the prototype.
All four work on the same moment: the paywall a new user meets on first launch, and what happens when they say no to it.
Each figure is the top of the largest single range above. Ranges come from separate tests and do not add up.78,000+ paywalls, 30,000+ apps, benchmarks by region and category.
